The Drapery Lady is focused on keeping the customer happy.  With that in mind, we do have a few policies to ensure smooth customer service.

We will do our best to accomodate your requests.  Our goal is to have repeat business and new refferals. All custom products are non-returnable.  All design choices, fabrics and trims must be approved in advance.  We are not responsible for changes made after your approval.  Any changes made after your approval will incurr additional charges.  Our services are guaranteed for 90 days for defective workmanship. Please make sure to inspect your products upon delivery.

All work orders require a 50% deposit.  Deposits are non-refundable.  They may be used as a credit on future work orders.
